Jaguar E Type V12 FHC

The Fixed Head Coupe variant of the last of the line iconic Jaguar E Type. Now in Series 3 specification with the wonderfully smooth 5.3 litre V12 engine, and at last decent brakes.

The E Type FHC was and is an incredibly pratical sports car. With all of the attributes of the open S3 variant - long wheelbase and so plently of leg room, very smooth, powerful and torquey engine, well located but compliant suspension, light steering and good brakes, but with the added bonus of addtional occasional rear seats that convert to a large flat load carrying area accessed by a side hinged hatchback rear door. Carry the kids, the shopping, the DIY kit or just enjoy it yourself. Possibly a better proposition for our temperate climate?...However, A truely practical classic.

Our car, registered in 1973 has had one family owner since new, and has been well ,maintained with a lot of recent expenditure. This very good value E Type sits and drives extemely well.
